Cheap Products For Frugal Online Marketers!
I’ve been an online marketer long enough now that I’ve accumulated a large collection of Internet marketing products with resale rights. Rather than let them sit around on my computer and collect dust, I’ve decided to make these online marketing products available to anyone who wants them. But — due to license restrictions — I can’t just give them away, unfortunately, I have to actually sell them. But I don’t have to sell them for exorbitant prices. That’s why I created Frugal IM.
What Is Frugal IM?
Frugal IM is not a membership site. It’s a mailing list for online marketers that you join for free by entering your name and email in the form below. It’s a double opt-in system: after you submit the form, you’ll get an email asking you to confirm your subscription, after which I’ll give you a free ebook on article marketing (I do have some freebies I can give away) just for joining. This is my way of making sure that you’re really serious about online marketing and that you really want to be on my list.
How Frugal IM Works
Every two or three days after that you’ll get another email from me offering you a product of some kind at a low price, as low as I can go according to the restrictions of my resale licenses. The product will be related to the online marketing field. Most of the products are about online marketing, but some are niche products that online marketers can take and sell to non-marketers.
The emails will be clearly marked as coming from Frugal IM and won’t have deceptive subject lines or any other silly psychological tricks. You can choose buy or not buy the product as you see fit, of course, and you can unsubscribe from the list at any time.
Some of the products will also be things that I write myself.
Frugal IM Delivers Value!
I’ll always strive to provide the best value possible for what you’re getting. Product quality varies a lot and should be reflected in the prices, although I know in real life this is rarely true. Most of the ebooks that online marketers push aren’t worth anything near $97, for example, but you see a lot of them sold at that price. If I happen to have master resale rights to a product then I’ll allow you to purchase resale rights separately from personal use rights — the latter being at a significant discount. (Let’s face it: most of us don’t buy products because they have resale rights, we buy them for personal use.)
Why Are You Doing This?
Why? There are various reasons:
- It’s another income stream for me. Although I make most of my money online from AdSense, I also make money through affiliate sales and by selling my own products. This is a fourth income stream — if you’re an online marketer, it’s good to diversify!
- I like to provide good value. When I see some of the suggested retail prices on these products, I cringe. It’s amazing how soulless some Internet marketers can be, but it’s really no different than it is in the “real” world. With online marketing, however, the profit margins can be substantially more than in traditional brick-and-mortar businesses that it encourages online marketers to get super greedy.
- There’s something for everyone. Even if you’re not interested in everything I have, chances are there will be something that interests you, especially if it’s priced really cheaply.
Doing this won’t necessarily make me popular with other online marketers, but popularity’s never been my goal with the things I do online.
